Who we are
911 Water Damage Fix is a trade name of Hearthline Media LLC, a Montana limited liability company ("we"). Mailing address: 1001 S. Main St. STE 500, Kalispell, MT 59901 (mailing address; online service, no walk-in office). Privacy contact: hello@911waterdamagefix.com. This policy was last updated in October 2026.
What we collect
- Phone calls: your phone number, the time and length of the call, the ZIP code you give and what you tell us about the damage. Calls may be recorded for quality and to settle disputes. Where the law requires consent, the call tells you before recording starts.
- Website: the pages you visit, the ZIP codes you type into the ZIP finder and whether you tap a call button, counted without cookies and without storing your IP address in our records. The site sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers.
- Email: what you send us at hello@911waterdamagefix.com.
How we use it
- To route your call to the restoration company that serves your ZIP code.
- To check call quality, prevent fraud and settle billing questions with that company.
- To answer your emails and privacy requests.
- To see which pages and ZIP codes are used, so we can improve the site.
Who we share it with
When you call, your phone number, ZIP code and the details you give on the call are shared with the restoration company that answers it, so it can help you. That company pays 911 Water Damage Fix a fee for the call, which some state laws treat as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We also use service providers that host the website, carry phone calls and store records under contract, and we disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell website data to advertisers.
Your rights
Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. California residents may also limit the use of sensitive personal information; we do not use any for that purpose.
To use these rights, email hello@911waterdamagefix.com with the phone number you called from, or use Do not sell or share my information. We verify a request by matching the phone number and answer within 45 days. An authorized agent may ask on your behalf with written permission. If we refuse a request, you may appeal by replying to our answer; we decide appeals within 60 days.
Global Privacy Control
This site treats a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information linked to that browser.
Calls, texts and do-not-contact
We do not make marketing calls or send marketing texts. The restoration company that takes your call may call or text you back about your job; you can tell it to stop at any time. To stop any contact from us, use Do not contact.
Keeping and protecting data
Call records are kept for up to 24 months for billing and quality, then deleted. Website counts are kept in aggregate. We protect data with access controls and encrypted connections. No website or phone system is completely secure.
Children
The site is meant for adults dealing with property damage. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We will post any change here with a new date. Questions: hello@911waterdamagefix.com.
